These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the innatemap.com website and the digital products sold through it (the “Products”). By using the site or buying a Product, you agree to these Terms.

What we sell

Innate Map sells digital, downloadable educational materials — such as the Decode Your Design workbook. Products are delivered electronically; nothing physical is shipped.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Purchases are processed by Creem (operated by Armitage Labs OÜ), which acts as our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. When you buy a Product, your order and payment are handled by Creem and its payment partners, and your purchase is also subject to Creem’s applicable terms. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Licence and acceptable use

When you buy a Product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publish the Product or its contents, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Delivery

Products are delivered instantly after a successful purchase, via a download link shown on the confirmation page and sent to your email. If you don’t receive your Product, contact support@innatemap.com and we’ll help.

Refunds

Because our Products are instant digital downloads, sales are generally final. If something is wrong with your purchase, please see our Refund Policy and contact us — we want you to be satisfied.

Intellectual property

All text, design, and original materials on this site and within our Products are owned by Innate Map and are protected by copyright. Human Design as a system of concepts is documented publicly by many independent sources; our Products express that information in our own words. Innate Map is not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by Jovian Archive or the International Human Design School.

Educational use only

Our Products are for education and self-reflection. They are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and no specific outcome is promised. Please read our full disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innate Map is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or Products. The Products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
