Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. Because our products are instant digital downloads, please read this policy before purchasing.

Digital downloads

Our products are delivered immediately and can’t be returned like a physical item, so sales are generally final. That said, we’re reasonable people — if something is wrong, we’ll work with you.

When we’ll refund

We’re glad to issue a refund if, within 14 days of purchase:

  • The file is corrupted or won’t open, and we can’t fix it for you.
  • You never received your download and we can’t deliver it.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • The product was materially not as described on this site.

How to request a refund

Email support@innatemap.com with your order number and a short note about the problem. Refunds are handled through Creem, our Merchant of Record, and are returned to your original payment method.

Please contact us first

Most issues — a missing email, a download link that expired, the wrong file — are quick for us to fix. Reaching out before opening a chargeback is faster for you and helps us keep our prices low.
